6. Content Creation and Ownership

6.1 Creator Responsibilities

• Create original, high-quality content as per client requirements
• Meet agreed-upon deadlines
• Ensure content does not infringe on third-party rights
• Maintain professional communication with clients
• Follow brand guidelines provided by clients

6.2 Content Ownership

• Upon full payment, clients receive full rights to commissioned content
• Creators retain the right to showcase work in their portfolio (unless otherwise agreed)
• THE UGC Creators may use content for marketing purposes with permission

6.3 Prohibited Content

Content must not contain:

• Illegal, harmful, or offensive material
• Copyrighted material without permission
• Misleading or false information
• Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
• Adult or explicit content (unless specifically agreed)
• Spam or malicious code

7. Payments and Pricing

7.1 Pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• Custom quotes may be provided for specific projects

7.2 Payment Terms

• Clients must pay upfront or as per agreed payment schedule
• Payments are processed through secure third-party providers
• THE UGC Creators charges a service fee on transactions
• Creators receive payment after successful content delivery

7.3 Refunds

• Refunds are provided for undelivered or significantly defective work
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Partial refunds may be issued for partially completed work
• Service fees are non-refundable

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality on our platform (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software) are the exclusive property of THE UGC Creators and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

By uploading content to our platform, you grant THE UGC Creators a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of providing our services.

"THE UGC Creators" and associated logos are trademarks of THE UGC Creators. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

10. Dispute Resolution

THE UGC Creators provides a platform for dispute resolution between creators and clients. We may mediate disputes but are not liable for outcomes.

10.2 With THE UGC Creators

Any disputes with THE UGC Creators shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation
2. Mediation (if negotiation fails)
3. Arbitration in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh (if mediation fails)
